Hello this is GG from Canada, weather is so cool here (20C, now I feel sorry for you guys who have to suffer frmo 30C + weather). Few suggestions for those who hated heat:

1. Make friends with lifeguards and spend all day on the pool. Who knows, you may win yourself a date too. :p

2. Join an all-shoppers club and get hooked on shopping malls. (Disadvantage - huge shopping spree)

3. Just turn on the ac for all day and try to wake up as late as possible.

4. Go overseas?

Oh by the way I am in Squamish (check map) and HUGE discovery for coffee girls - McDonalds in Squamish have latte & cappuccino. Also available with Tim Hortons & Starbucks. (bigger sizes, better value - haha)

I am living with a homestay. Definition: Homestay (n) a family that you stay with during your trip, usually occurs in summer schools/going to a school in that country for a year(s).

And there is a pool in this house (no pictures because of my dumbness in IT), trampolines and even swings. So please don't be surprise if I actually grow after I got back.

OTHER DISCOVERIES/MISC/ADDICTION:

Addiction - Anne Rice novels. Warning -not for the weak-hearted. Addiction also includes coffee & watching sports.

EURO - PORTUGAL 0:1 GREECE, I woke up at 3AM in HK (just for the fireworks teehee)

Discoveries - Cool weather in Canada and Mr.Weeks (aka coordinator of summer school in Squamish)'s red suzuki/subaru sports car.

Misc - How popular hockey, baseball and cotton candy (this maybe restricted to kids) are in Squamish.
